If you’ve reserved a low numbered copy and didn’t get a response\/acknowledgement from us, you’re probably covered — but we did have a disastrous computer crash here in early August, and might possibly have missed someone. So if you sent a request during July or August, feel free to send us a reminder. \ud83d\ude09 (And please, if you intend to order more than one, let us know that too, as we’ve already assigned lots of numbers.)<\/p>\n

We’re a couple of old farts when it comes to dealing with technical stuff, and hope you’ll be patient with us if glitches do arise (especially if you’re in another time zone or Dimension, such as the east coast. Whenever our phone rings at 6 a.m., as it sometimes does, we know it’s the east coast calling. LOL.)<\/p>\n
