Lots of people refer to \u201cThe Deep State\u201d; few will try to identify who they are.<\/p>\n

Does that mean there\u2019s no such thing? First stipulating that we will not bring into the discussion today (please) the Masons, the Rothschilds, the British Royal Family, Yale\u2019s Skull and Bones fraternity, or any pizza parlors located in Washington, D.C., let\u2019s ask the question another way:<\/p>\n

Do we believe there are holdover Obama and Clinton and even Bush RINO appointees in federal agencies and in the courts, today, working to resist and sabotage Donald Trump\u2019s efforts to slash job-killing regulations and taxes, along with his efforts to enforce our duly enacted immigration laws — the very things a clear majority of the states elected him to do, five months ago?<\/p>\n

If you said yes, you believe there’s a \u201cdeep state.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

(There\u2019s a remedy, by the way. The Senate, until quite recently, used to work on the sensible principle and tradition that the President was privileged to nominate anyone to his cabinet whom he believed would further the agenda on which he ran for office, providing only that they proved to have the basic qualifications and not be obviously morons, lunatics, or brothers-in-law. No more. Now the simpering Schumer-Frankel Democrats \u201cblock\u201d and \u201cresist\u201d every appointment. So: Revise the Civil Service law to allow the president to appoint the 1,000 top executive administrators in Washington without Senate approval, and bar all of those appointees from joining any trade union while they serve. If the Democrats object, make it 2,000.)<\/p>\n

Second: Are there senior administrators and \u201cretired\u201d seniors administrators who keep their hands in, at CIA and NSA and DIA and DARPA and even at State and the Pentagon, who believe they know best how to juggle the complex interrelated elements of American foreign policy, that these upstart politicians arriving every fourth January from Arkansas or Chicago or Dogpatch, who think they\u2019re going to \u201crun things\u201d from the Oval Office, should be tolerated only so long as those in the know can arrange to have the \u201cproper\u201d voices advising them \u2013 presenting them with only \u201cacceptable\u201d options?<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

If you said yes, you believe in the \u201cdeep state.\u201d (And what do you think all the squabbling has been about, to get rid of Gen. Mike Flynn and Robin Townley and K.T. McFarland, to shut out Steve Bannon, to make sure the \u201cSecurity Advisors\u201d with the president\u2019s ear represent only those who want to block any cooperation with Russia against the murderous Islamic radicals who again seek to expand the \u201ccaliphate\u201d into the West?<\/p>\n

Who ended up with the post, finally, but Lieutenant General H.R. McMaster, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, described by Admiral Chester Ward, who served as Judge Advocate of the U.S. Navy and was himself a CFR member for 16 years before resigning in disgust: \u201cIn the entire CFR lexicon, there is no term of revulsion carrying a meaning so deep as America First. . . . The main purpose of the Council on Foreign Relations is promoting the disarmament of U.S. sovereignty and national independence, and submergence into an all-powerful one-world government.\u201d)<\/p>\n

THEY CREATED THE ISLAMIC STATE<\/strong><\/p>\n

How far would the \u201cdeep state\u201d go? You get your choice. Either a self-described \u201cPatsy\u201d killed John F. Kennedy with three shots through the leafy trees in Dallas, faster than even an expert Marine marksman can work the bolt and hit a moving target with that kind of accuracy with a clunky World-War-Two Italian Carcano — one of his shots throwing Kennedy\u2019s head back and causing his brains to explode out the BACK of his head, which can only be done with a shot with a hollow-point or soft-point bullet from the FRONT, as from the grassy knoll . . . and was then promptly killed before he could talk, by a hit man with mob connections who turned out to have a terminal illness and who IN TURN never talked . . .<\/p>\n

Or else CIA chief Allen Dulles, pissed off when Kennedy refused to cave in and send needed air support to rescue the Bay of Pigs invasion, rightly suspecting the na\u00efve young president was attempting to make peace with Russia through back channels and was about to pull out of Vietnam, won a promise from Lyndon Johnson -\u2013 about to be dropped from the 1964 ticket and indicted for financial crimes -\u2013 that newly coined \u201cPresident\u201d Johnson would appoint HIM, Allen Dulles, whom Kennedy had FIRED, to the committee investigating the planned assassination, putting him in a position where he could certify the doctored autopsy results, intimidate witnesses, and largely dictate the final report . . .<\/p>\n

. . . whereupon -\u2013 his cover-up plan now in place — he hired a team of foreign mercenaries armed with what was then arguably the world\u2019s most accurate combat rifle, the Swedish 6.5, which uses bullets of the same caliber as the Italian Carcano . . .<\/p>\n

What\u2019s that? Maybe a \u201cdeep state\u201d could do better at handling the complexities of a dangerous world than these cynical, vote-hungry politicians? The track record says otherwise. They completely missed the collapse of the Soviet Union. We spent trillions readying to defend Europe against what had been a bankrupt Potemkin Village, a hollow shell churning out fake production statistics for decades (as will be the predictable fate of ANY non-free-market economy) . . . right up to the day it collapsed in a heap of rust.<\/p>\n

Over the past 50 years their endless \u201cbrushfire wars\u201d and \u201clow-intensity regime changes\u201d and \u201cArab Springs\u201d have replaced admittedly repressive strongmen in Iran, Iraq, Egypt and Libya with . . . what? Tolerant, modern secular regimes that respect personal liberties, freedom of religion and the free market? Not so much.<\/p>\n

The Globalist, Open-Borders Deep State, precisely because they\u2019re answerable to no one, have given us the resurgent barbaric Muslim invasion of the West, and will continue to screw up (unless this is what they WANT, which is possible.) They are not subject to common-sense correction, by the voters or anyone else. The only way to be rid of them is the Kennedy treatment . . . or a series of freak canoeing accidents on the Anacostia.<\/p>\n

Except, of course, for some evidence that the Deep State SPLIT last year, with some of them deciding the eminently crooked Hillary Clinton was simply TOO \u201csubject to the influence\u201d of anyone with a few million dollars in hand, that this shrill harridan, clearly suffering from some kind of psycho-neurological illness (not pneumonia), under medical treatment which made her seem peppy as a puppy at debate time, but clearly Not Ready for Prime Time on the down leg of her dopamine cycle, was simply too crooked and erratic -\u2013 and probably subject to blackmail -\u2013 to tolerate.<\/p>\n

Either way, it\u2019s time we made some effort to find out who these guys are.<\/p>\n

THEIR SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT GOAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Generally, that question is answered with the equivalent of a Chinese menu. Pick one from column A and two from column B: the Military-Industrial Complex (thanks, that\u2019s real specific); the International Banks (ditto), the Federal Reserve; the Import-Export Bank; the Tri-Lateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations (they belong on any list, as does . . .) George Soros, the Saudis; All those people who meet at Davos every year; the CIA, the NSA, the DIA; the Jewish Lobby (Politically Correct reporters know never to use that term, which sounds anti-Semitic. Instead they say \u201cThe Israel Lobby.\u201d But Israel is of course a small country and not really that rich and powerful. What gives them influence in American politics are precisely their friends among wealthy Jewish Americans, who of course have every right to lobby their politicians to help Israel survive -\u2013 as long as it\u2019s done in the open.) . . . I could go on.<\/p>\n

I prefer to reply: I don\u2019t know, either -\u2013 not completely and for sure. But if we can identify their SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT GOAL, we\u2019ll be half-way to figuring out who they are.<\/p>\n

And thanks to something that happened two weeks back, I suspect we can.<\/p>\n

On April 6, supposedly in punishment for the dictator Assad\u2019s use of poison sarin gas on his own people (though many including the Russians insist it was a \u201cfalse flag\u201d operation to gain sympathy and support for the Muslim insurgents — they\u2019ve done such media-savvy stuff before) Donald Trump ordered 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles launched at a Syrian air base.<\/p>\n

Russian reports reflected puzzlement and exasperation, as the Trump White House immediately followed up with a firm declaration that we\u2019re \u201cnot at war in Syria.\u201d (We\u2019re \u201cnot at war\u201d with Belgium, either. Shall we launch 59 cruise missiles at EU headquarters in Brussels just to see if they can take a joke?)<\/p>\n

The Russians report about 20 missiles actually hit their targets; damage was minimal. The runways were not damaged, the base is back in full operation. They quite correctly add that \u201cAll American foreign policy decisions are made for domestic political reasons; that\u2019s why they\u2019re all insane.\u201d<\/p>\n

But the response among America\u2019s mainstream, globalist press was astonishing.<\/p>\n

Mind you, Trump had not stopped slashing job-killing \u201cenvironmental\u201d regulations -\u2013 which the left characterizes as aimed at \u201cpoisoning the children\u201d . . . a common goal of doting grandfathers. He hadn\u2019t changed his position on enforcing our duly enacted immigration laws, rounding up and deporting virtually all of the 12 to 20 million illegal aliens now in this country, where they push down wages, drive up housing costs, and bankrupt our hospital emergency rooms -\u2013 which the Left characterizes as \u201cracist white supremacism reminiscent of Adolf Hitler and the Ku Klux Klan\u201d . . .<\/p>\n

. . . (even though most Middle Easterners and a lot of illegal Latin Americans, being neither black nor Asian, are actually white . . . as are the illegal Poles and Irish who most frequently get caught and deported when Immigration Enforcement raids factories in New England . . . while a lot of the people who\u2019ll get better jobs and wages once the illegals are gone turn out to be, um . . . black Americans. Hey, good going, “Ku Klux Klan”!)<\/p>\n

You might have expected the TV commentariat to respond, at best, \u201cInteresting . . . we\u2019ll see.\u201d<\/p>\n

But no! Within hours America\u2019s TV viewers were being told \u201cLast night, Donald Trump became the leader of the Free World!\u201d \u201cFinally, he\u2019s acting Presidential, and moving toward the Center! For the first time we\u2019re proud of him!\u201d<\/p>\n

His approval ratings reportedly leaped over 50 percent, for the first time . . . though I have no idea where the press get such numbers, overnight, when hardly anyone will take their phone calls, anymore. <\/p>\n

Lindsey Graham, recently referred to by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg as one of the leading ladies of the Senate, joined with NeverTrumper John McCain to \u201csalute the skill and professionalism of the U.S. Armed forces who carried out tonight\u2019s strike in Syria\u201d (hitting a non-moving target with 20 of 59 shots and destroying a few old MIG-23s, at a cost of $100 million). \u201cUnlike the previous administration, President Trump confronted a pivotal moment in Syria and took action. For that, he deserves the support of the American people.\u201d<\/p>\n

For ordering the Navy to bomb — ineffectively — a country with which we\u2019re not at war, but which is currently defending itself against an insurrection led by radical Islamic terrorists?<\/p>\n

In other words, however ineffectively, Donald Trump just TOOK THE WRONG SIDE in Syria . . . aiding the very same barbarian radical Muslims who want to take us all back to the Eighth Century, executing homosexuals; beating up Christians, stabbing old French priests and gunning down cartoonists and burning churches; whipping and raping 14-year-old girls for not wearing their kerchiefs properly and enjoying gang-rape sprees whenever they\u2019re allowed into a Christian country — the folks who Trump correctly insists are \u201cthe main enemy\u201d . . . and our supposedly \u201ctolerant, liberal, leftist\u201d media and the Senate\u2019s neocon hawks are joining hands to raise their flags and salute and cue up the John Philip Sousa music?<\/p>\n

That would be just plain nuts. Unless . . .<\/p>\n

All this makes sense only if THE GREATEST HORROR OF THE DEEP STATE is that Donald Trump might make a deal with Vladimir Putin to join forces to destroy expansionist radical Islam in Syria and elsewhere, with Trump accepting as his (minimal) price the Russian demand that Assad be left in power in Syria. (Hey, it\u2019s not as though replacing repressive dictators has worked out that well for us in Iran, in Egypt, in Libya . . .)<\/p>\n

This symbolic, militarily ineffective step is celebrated because it ALIENATES PUTIN, making that deal highly unlikely, and for no other reason.<\/p>\n

Nothing else explains it.<\/p>\n

The fact that that\u2019s the globalist Deep State\u2019s HIGHEST PRIORITY would also explain the desperation with which America\u2019s Legacy Media continue to clutch with a death-grip the absurd narrative that Trump was somehow elected President of the United States with the aid of the Russians, who plan to use him as their agent.<\/p>\n

We now know precisely where that hilariously bogus narrative originated, by the way. (Or, at least, when and how it was first promulgated to the media.)<\/p>\n

Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes\u2019 new behind-the-scenes book \u201cShattered: Inside Hillary Clinton\u2019s Doomed Campaign\u201d highlights how Clinton\u2019s Russian blame-game was a plan hatched by senior campaign staffers John Podesta and Robby Mook \u201cwithin twenty-four hours after she conceded,\u201d Jerome Hudson reports at http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/big-government\/2017\/04\/21\/shattered-revelation-clinton-campaign-hatched-russian-hacking-narrative-24-hours-after-hillarys-loss\/<\/a> .<\/p>\n

\u201cThat strategy had been set within 24 hours of her concession speech. Mook and Podesta assembled her communications team at the Brooklyn headquarters to engineer the case that the election wasn\u2019t entirely on the up-and-up. For a couple of hours, with Shake Shack containers littering the room, they went over the script they would pitch to the press and the public. Already, Russian hacking was the centerpiece of the argument.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Clinton camp settled on a two-pronged plan — pushing the press to cover how \u2018Russian hacking was the major unreported story of the campaign, overshadowed by the contents of stolen e-mails and Hillary\u2019s own private-server imbroglio,\u2019 while \u2018hammering the media for focusing so intently on the investigation into her e-mail, which had created a cloud over her candidacy,\u2019\u201d the authors wrote.<\/p>\n

Oh, please.<\/p>\n

IT DOESN\u2019T HOLD WATER<\/strong><\/p>\n

First, lecturing everyone in her imperious drone as usual, the stern schoolmarm Miss Hillary made a Truly Big Deal during the debates of how important it was that candidates accept the result of the polling (the way Nixon did in 1960, for example, even though it was clear Kennedy money had bought Illinois and West Virginia), calling Trump\u2019s refusal to guarantee in advance that he wouldn\u2019t challenge the outcome \u201chorrifying.\u201d<\/p>\n

Further, Miss Hillary added during the Oct. 24 debate \u201cThat\u2019s not the way our democracy works. We\u2019ve been around 240 years. We\u2019ve had free and fair elections and we\u2019ve accepted the outcomes when we may not have liked them and that is what must be expected of anyone standing on a debate stage during a general election. President Obama said the other day that when you\u2019re whining before the game is even finished it just shows you\u2019re not even up to doing the job. . . . And let\u2019s be clear about what he\u2019s saying and what he means. He\u2019s denigrating — he\u2019s talking down our democracy. I for one am appalled that somebody who is the nominee of one of our major two parties would take that kind of position.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kind of like . . . embracing this \u201cRussians Done It\u201d nonsense? That\u2019s how Miss Hillary shows us how to \u201caccept the outcomes when we may not have liked them\u201d rather than \u201ctalking down our democracy\u201d like some bunch of sore losers who just can’t admit that “Open borders, more terrorists, and teaching six-year-olds about ‘fisting’ and cross-dressing” somehow just didn’t prevail against “jobs, justice, prosperity and enforcing the law”?<\/p>\n

(The once but no longer \u201cappalled\u201d Miss Hillary also said she doubted Mr. Trump had read the Constitution, by the way. Good one, ma\u2019am. Get out your copy, please, and show us the line where it says we\u2019re a \u201cdemocracy,\u201d rather than a republic.)<\/p>\n

But more importantly, the Mainstream, Legacy Media largely ignored the Podesta emails, just as they were instructed to do by the Hillary campaign, whose staffers routinely referred in the Podesta emails to these pee-stained lapdogs, barking in unison, as \u201cour press.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cClinton News Network\u201d anchor Chris Cuomo even warned his viewers on the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 12, that it would \u201cbe illegal\u201d for them to even READ the emails Online -\u2013 while this same mainstream media giddily spent most of October ballyhooing the graying and suspiciously butch parade of female Hillary supporters coming forward in a clearly orchestrated and scripted procession to claim Donald Trump \u201cbumped\u201d or \u201cgroped\u201d or \u201ctouched\u201d them -\u2013 11 to 21 years before!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s more -\u2013 violating all their own libel and fairness safeguards and procedures -\u2013 the Fake Media went full-court-press with this stuff without demanding any court depositions, sworn testimony under oath, corroborating witnesses, heck, without even asking these gals why they’d said nothing about these frightful assaults FOR MORE THAN A DECADE . . . chortling with glee as they obviously assumed that after this, Trump would be lucky to carry rural Idaho and the parts of Alabama where the roads still aren\u2019t paved.<\/p>\n

The Mainstream Press was AGAINST HILLARY? When only TWO daily American newspapers (out of hundreds) endorsed Trump for president? Welcome to the Radical Left\u2019s Twilight Zone . . .<\/p>\n

IT TAKES YEARS OF PLANNING <\/strong><\/p>\n

Place yourself in the position of any foreign nation, 10 months or a year ago. The decidedly lightweight eight years of Barack Obama, the \u201cGreat Apologizer,\u201d are coming to an end. You\u2019re anxious to have some influence with the next President of the United States. You might even want to have some small influence on the outcome of the race, so the winner would be positively inclined toward your needs and agenda. How do you proceed?<\/p>\n

Government bureaucracies are, by their nature, not nimble. Not quick-footed.<\/p>\n

At what point, last year, did it become possible for anyone to see that the American general-election polls were being distorted (\u201crigged\u201d?) by \u201cprofessional\u201d pollsters oversampling Democrats based on their presumption that 2016 would see a repeat of the disproportionate Democrat turnout which elected America\u2019s first black president in 2008 -\u2013 while on the ground in Florida and Ohio Donald Trump was drawing 40,000 people to rallies at remote airport hangars at the rate of two and three rallies per day, while the shrill, scripted, widely disliked schoolmarm Hillary Clinton was having trouble getting a hundred college girls to join her in some Pennsylvania high-school gym at a rate of two or three events per WEEK?<\/p>\n

By late September, maybe? None too speedy, I called the race for Trump on this basis -\u2013 as well as on his clear victory in the second debate — the \u201cYeah, you\u2019d be in jail\u201d debate -\u2013 on Oct. 14. By then it would have been too late for any foreign nation to make new plans to \u201caffect the outcome of the U.S. election.\u201d They don\u2019t move that fast.<\/p>\n

Remember, the Podesta emails — hacked by means available to any precocious high-school kid — were already being released in great batches by Wikileaks months earlier, in August. At that point, everyone presumed a Clinton victory was a done deal. The Saudis had already spent tens of millions of dollars (that\u2019s the official figure; we all know it was more) in \u201cdonations to the Clinton Foundation\u201d to make sure Mrs. Clinton would be open to further \u201chelp and advice\u201d from them once in office, while it had actually taken YEARS to position Huma Abedin — a radical Muslim Saudi in all but the accident of her American birth -\u2013 as Mrs. Clinton\u2019s right-hand gal.<\/p>\n

Given the kind of lede time it would take to land jobs for Russian (or French, or Saudi, or Chinese, or Israeli) computer experts\/spies in all the thousands of warehouses where America\u2019s voting machines are stored so they could be deviously re-programmed — or to take over all the trade unions that have been busily registering and busing to the \u201cearly voting\u201d locations hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens in places like California and Nevada and Georgia to vote Democratic so as to continue blocking enforcement of America\u2019s immigration laws -\u2013 even if we assume the Russians WANTED to \u201crig America\u2019s election\u201d against Hillary Clinton — they would have had to start YEARS ago.<\/p>\n

And they would have done so on the presumption the guy they’d be helping would most likely be not Donald Trump, but . . . Jeb Bush.<\/p>\n

Assuming the payoff -\u2013 installing one cynical American politician instead of another — would justify the risk of being found out, of course. For the record, there\u2019s no evidence that anyone -\u2013 the Russians or ANYONE (other than our own Democratic Party, of course) — has tried ANY of this.<\/p>\n

What in fact was the environment in which the Russian Foreign Affairs Commissariat met in early June of 2016? Fortunately, we have a partial transcript: <\/p>\n

The doping is timed to present the best face in the public appearances. As you\u2019ll remember, she was in a coma when their ambassador was being killed and dragged through the streets in Benghazi, where she sent him with no protection, despite many requests. Couldn\u2019t even answer the phone to OK the rescue mission. The State Department was essentially being run that night by her nalozhnitsa<\/em>, the concubine, Huma Abedin.\u201d<\/p>\n
