(Former?) student Nikolas de Jesus Cruz (who was reportedly a subject of bullying there) used a .223-caliber, one-shot-per-trigger-pull rifle (not an “automatic weapon” as claimed by Democratic Florida Sen. Bill Nelson.) Young de Jesus Cruz left 17 dead, dozens more injured.
